1. Payment and Booking Policies
1.1 Monthly Subscription Package
- Payment must be made in full before the first lesson of the month to secure your spot.
- Lessons are scheduled at the start of the month based on the chosen frequency (8 or 12 lessons per month).
- The package price is non-refundable once the month begins.
1.2 Voucher Pack Package
- Payment must be made in full before the first lesson in the pack.
- Lesson packs (5 or 10 lessons) must be used within 60 days of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
- Lessons are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed for specific time slots.
1.3 Pay-Per-Lesson
- Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Lessons are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
2.1 Student-Initiated Cancellations

- For Voucher Packs, one-time emergency credit per pack is allowed if a valid reason (e.g., illness, emergency) is provided.
- For Monthly subscriptions, one-time emergency credit per month is allowed if a valid reason (e.g., illness, emergency) is provided.
2.2 Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If a lesson is canceled by the coach (e.g., due to weather or scheduling conflicts), the student will receive:
- Pay-Per-Lesson: A full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
- Monthly Subscription: A lesson credit to be used within the same month.
- Voucher Pack: The lesson remains available for future use.
3. Refund and Expiration Policies
3.1 Refunds
- No refunds are given for missed lessons, except in the case of a coach cancellation.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the month begins.
- Voucher packs are non-refundable after purchase, but the lessons remain valid for 60 days.
3.2 Expiration of Lessons
- Voucher packs expire 60 days from purchase. Any unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
- Monthly subscription lessons expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over.
4. Referral Program
- Referral Rewards: Refer a new student who purchases any Voucher Pack, or any Monthly Pass, and you will get a free single Group Lesson voucher to be used within 60 days
5. Safety and Conduct
- Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit to participate in tennis lessons.
- Students must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from the coach.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the lesson without a refund.
Terms of Service
By booking lessons, you agree to the following terms:
- Booking and Payments:
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Before payment is made, we cannot guarantee that the spot will be available.
- While we make all efforts to ensure that we reserve spots, in order to guarantee your place, please pay in advance (via Bank Transfer or Revolut)
- Lesson Changes:
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions.
- If a lesson is canceled by the coach, you will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Lesson Participation:
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons.
- Any delays or missed time due to late arrival will not result in extended lesson time or refunds.
- Health and Safety:
- All participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health before participating in lessons.
- Please inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions beforehand.
