Hello! Nice to meet you
Playing Tennis Professionally
I grew up with a racket in hand, competing from a young age – by 20 I was a professional tennis player ranked 399 in the world.
I have been part of the Bulgarian National Team U14, U16 and U18, and I took part in Federation Cup. I was a national champion U16 and U18, and was ranked #2 in Europe U16.
After my junior years, I played professionally and reached 6 finals in ITF 10K$, winning two double titles.
Getting my education
I chose to attend Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, where I spent four years competing in Division 2, culminating in a National Finals appearance.
After graduating, I worked as a coach at the Maleeva Tennis Club in Sofia, Bulgaria.
There, I coached children of all ages, starting from floor tennis for ages 3 and up, to more advanced academy players.
I also gained valuable experience coaching adults, both in group settings and one-on-one lessons.
In 2024 I got my official Tennis Coach certificate from the Bulgarian Tennis Federation.
Why I Love Coaching
After years of competitive play, I realized that helping others find their love for tennis was where my heart truly lies.
Whether it’s guiding beginners through their first lesson or sparring with professional players looking to stay sharp, I enjoy seeing my students grow.
For children, I aim to make tennis fun and engaging, while for adults, I tailor each lesson to their needs—whether it’s improving technique or simply enjoying the game as a form of exercise.
